These Booking Terms and Conditions govern the use of the courts and facilities at Park View Padel and apply to all bookings made through Playtomic.

By making a booking, attending a session, or using our facilities, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Bookings

All court bookings must be made through Playtomic.

The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all participants in the booking are aware of and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Court bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed through Playtomic.

2. Court Hire

Court hire grants access to the booked court for the specified booking period only.

Players must vacate the court promptly at the end of their booked session to allow subsequent users access.

Park View Padel reserves the right to allocate, reallocate, or close courts where necessary for operational, maintenance, safety, coaching, or event purposes.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the cancellation policy displayed on Playtomic at the time of booking.

Where a refund is due, it will be processed through the original payment method used on Playtomic.

No refunds or credits will be provided for non-attendance, late arrival, or early departure except where required by law or expressly stated in the applicable cancellation policy.
